Changes, Cancellation and Refunds
• No refunds are given for cancellations or for now shows. The full price of the reservation is non-refundable.
• No refunds will be made for unused or partially used admission tickets, options or features.
• The Slime Factory reserves the right to make refunds in its sole discretion and in accordance with the method that payment was received.
• Changes to reservation are subject to availability and the prices applicable at the time the change is requested and guest is responsible for paying any increase in price resulting from the change.
• If changes are made to the reservation, it is subject to the Terms and Conditions applicable at the time the change to the reservation is made.
• The Slime Factory reserves the right to restrict changes to any reservation.
• Changes to reservation must be made with no less than 24 hours in advance.
