Tickets
All children 2+ must be ticketed to enter the space.
All children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult. One adult per minor will be allowed entry with no cost but with no slime making privileges.
Due to space limitations, any additional non-slime maker adult companion will be subject to a $5 fee (applies only for non slime making adults and children under 2).

Duration
Plan to spend 30 minutes to an hour for regular experience, 90 minutes for field trips and two hours for birthday parties.

Walk-ins
Walk-ins are welcome but limited to availability. Please book online to enjoy 10% OFF and ensure availability.

Refunds
The full price of the reservation is non-refundable. No refunds are given for cancellations or for now shows.

Dress comfortable
Wear comfortable clothes with rollable sleeves. We provide lab coats for garment protection, but we still recommend wearing clothes you wouldn’t mind getting messy in.

Arrive on time
Please arrive on time. If you arrive late, we cannot guarantee entry and you might have to be moved to the next class available.

Parking
There’s free parking available at the mall. We recommend you park on Macy’s wing, the best entrance is by Rideshare Zone 2 next to the Management Offices. Entrance by PF Chang’s is also close by.

No food
No food or open drinks allowed inside.

Reschedule
We understand things happen. Subject to availability you may reschedule your visit to a different date/time with a minimum of 24 hours.
